Update on Medical Incentives

The latest numbers are now available.  The federal government reports that over 300,000 eligible hospitals and medical professionals have now registered for the EHR Incentive Program.  As of September 2012, Medicare has paid out almost $4 billion and Medicaid $3.5 billion in incentive payments.
