The owners and employees at ScanWorks all understand the importance of protecting the confidentiality of the documents we scan for our customers. Whether you work in the legal, medical, real estate, financial, or another type of industry, we know that your clients and customers have entrusted you with their names, addresses, social security numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, bank account numbers, income figures, employment and pension data, real estate values, and other private information. We recognize that your reputation would be permanently damaged if that private information was made public, and we know ours would be too. That is why ScanWorks has put these protocols in place to ensure customer confidentiality during the scanning process:

1. We vet our employees carefully before making any hires.

2. All employees receive confidentiality training. They also sign a written confidentiality pledge acknowledging they are prohibited from communicating to others any information they come across while performing their duties. They are even required to keep the names of our customers confidential!

3. Our drivers wear the ScanWorks logo when retrieving documents from customers so that they are easily indentifiable.

4. Our facility is protected with a state-of-the-art security system.

5. Visitors are not permitted in the work room.

6. ScanWorks is fully insured.
