Mobile Scanning

As a professional scanning service, ScanWorks is just as concerned as you are about maintaining the confidentiality and security of your documents, files, and charts.  Even though our facility has top-of-the-line security features, we recognize that it is not always possible or practicable to have the materials you want scanned moved off-site.  That is why we have created a mobile scanning unit.  We specifically acquired a high-speed yet lightweight scanner for just this purpose– so that we may bring all of the benefits of document scanning to your doorstep.  During on-site scanning, we develop a flow for the materials you want scanned– first to the document prep station, then to the document scan station, and then disposed of as you direct (replaced on shelf, stored, shredded, etc).  All electronic files created that day can be immediately uploaded to your system and deleted from ours.  At the end of the project, we will have accomplished a comprehensive document archiving protocol that will serve and benefit you indefinitely into the future.   We’re in, we’re out, and you’re happy.
