Preparation for Scanning

Are you concerned about what preparation you must undertake to ready your files for scanning?  Worry no more!  ScanWorks’s scanning price is all-inclusive–  that means we  retrieve your files and documents “as is” and we complete all the necessary work to prepare them to run through our high-speed scanners.

We remove staples, binder clips, paper clips, and rubberbands.

We unfold, unwrinkle, and flatten.

We remove documents from 3-ring binders, 2-prong folders, and legal pads.

We then undertake time for quality assurance so that both sides of each document are scanned, images that are completely blank are eliminated, and images are placed facing upright.
