Backing-Up Your Computer

If you have any valuable data stored on your computer’s hard drive or network, be sure that you have a protocol in place for backing-up that data on a regular schedule and in a reliable manner.  Whether you choose to store the backups on an external hard drive or online depends on your personal preferences.  If you prefer an external hard drive, be sure to keep the backed up files in a place away from the physical location of the computer or network.  If you prefer an online solution, be sure to do your research to ensure the trustworthiness of the service provider.
