ScanWorks is Now a Member of the Cuyahoga Falls Chamber of Commerce.
Hi, I am Deb Monaco, the owner and founder of ScanWorks LLC. I am very appreciative of the warm welcome that I have received from Laura Petrella, the President of the Chamber, as well as other members. I feel very strongly about supporting other locally owned businesses.
I know that we are all in this together. Whether it’s creating jobs and our community or providing valuable services and goods, our interdependence on one another is clear. If my HVAC neighbor has enough customers, then he can afford to order catering from another small business owner who can then afford to purchase new marketing materials for her business and then that promotional company then has the means to hire ScanWorks to digitize its company files.
Besides the economic impact that businesses in Cuyahoga Falls have on one another and the families they support, there are intangible benefits. I, for one, feel good when I have patronized a local business enough that someone behind the counter recognizes me and they are happy to see that I have returned. And this makes them feel good to know that they are providing a good service or valuable product that warrants repeat business.
Furthermore, when commercial real estate is occupied by thriving businesses, it does wonders for the community at large. There is less crime and there is more tax money to support public services like schools, police, and fire.
And on a lighter note, isn’t it fun that the businesses invested in Cuyahoga Falls create wonderful floats for our Memorial Day Parade?
I am so thrilled to have joined the thriving business community in Cuyahoga Falls. I am invested in the success of this community. Not only did I graduate from Falls High School, but I have also owned a home here for 13 years.
